Office Surgery
OFSC has four in-office minor operating rooms for the treatment of skin lesions and minor surgical procedures. Each room is equipped with operating microscopes for the diagnosis and surgical treatment of ear disease. Fiberoptic scopes are available for treatment of nasal, sinus and laryngeal disorders.

Allergy Clinic
OFSC offers complete care for allergic patients. Our clinic offers on site testing, a state-of-the-art laboratory for mixing medications and convenient hours for allergy injections.

Audiometry
A complete audiological evaluation measures the pure tones (both air conduction and bone conduction) of each patient's threshold of hearing. It also examines the word discrimination ability of each ear for the patient. We are also able to measure comfortable and uncomfortable loudness measures, which are important for hearing aid candidates.

Immittance Audiometer
This measures the middle ear pressure, typmpanic membrane mobility, eustachian tube dysfunction, continuity and mobility of the middle ear ossicles, as well as acoustic reflex thresholds.

Laser Center
OFSC is the largest privately owned laser center in Northeast Arkansas and has three different laser systems for the treatment of multiple types of skin and vascular disorders.

Q Switched YAG Laser
This laser is the current treatment of choice for tattoo removal and certain skin age spots.

CO2 Laser
The CO2 laser is used to remove skin lesions such as warts, sun damage spots, and age-related skin lesions. It is also very useful for removing and sanding scars and facial wrinkles. The CO2 laser with special attachments can be used to perform an operation to stop snoring called Laser Assisted Uvulopalatoplasty (LAUP)

Photoderm is an intense light machine that uses all frequencies of light together to remove vascular lesions such as facial veins, hemangiomas, and selected spider veins.
